Inside Wire Maintenance covers repair and/or replacement of faulty standard inside wiring and/or modular jacks resulting from normal wear and tear and/or deterioration. Inside wiring is the wiring from the demarcation box to the jacks. With Inside Wire Maintenance there is no charge for the service call if the problem is found in standard inside wiring and/or modular jacks. Inside Wire Maintenance is $.30 per month, per line.
Telephone Maintenance covers replacement of all single-line telephones that malfunction due to equipment failure or normal wear and tear. Telephone Maintenance is $1.25 per month, per phone.
Modem Maintenance covers repair or replacement of any DSL modem that malfunctions due to equipment failure or normal wear and tear. With DSL Modem Maintenance there is no charge for the service call, equipment repair or replacement. DSL Modem Maintenance is $3.00 per month, per modem.
Security Equipment Maintenance covers repair or replacement of security system equipment purchased from and installed by Sandhill Security that malfunctions due to equipment failure or normal wear and tear. With Security Equipment Maintenance there is no charge for the service call. Wire Maintenance does not cover problems with telephones or customer-owned equipment such as answering or fax machines.
Telephone Maintenance does not cover wiring, answering or fax machines.

Security Equipment Maintenance does not cover any equipment that Sandhill did not install or sell.
